Who Is…

Hi.  I am Jerry Davis, the publisher of Freedom-Won.net.   I am a husband, father, son, and veteran.  I am a Christian, although I was formerly a ferocious anti-Christian.  My University degree is in history, and I was at one time a research analyst for Frost & Sullivan.  I am prior service Army (enlisted and officer), and have worked with the FBI and DEA.  I am an expert with small arms, and once shot a buzzing bee out of the air with a single-shot Ruger Single Six, fired from the hip on a bet with my dad.  I have four sisters, a brother and my parents love and take care of each other.

In short, although you and I are different in a few areas, I am willing to bet that our core values are very close.  I believe you cherish your liberty, and that you want to know that there are other people like you, people who will fight to preserve their very manhood against the enslaving tyranny of a government that is totally out of control.  You have me.  I am with you.

When I started this news site last year, I must admit that I was very green and also somewhat nervous.  Like most of you, I felt that things just were going badly for America in a lot of different ways.  I was frustrated with our government, and quite alarmed at the decisions made by our elected officials.  So I made a conscious decision to write about it.

At first, I mostly parroted what others wrote before me.  Alex Jones is a big influence on me, and to a much lesser extent, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Michael Savage, George Will and a few others you might not know.

There are very few writers of merit or reputation who will produce what Alex Jones produces.  Alex is a wee bit of an alarmist.  But he is a terriffic antennae.  He is very, very sensitive to government encroachment, and in that regard, he is perfect at his job because that man rings the alarm bell with both hands.

He encourages me to look further into things, to ask oddball questions and to ask questions that have disturbing answers.

When I started “fighting back” against this New World Order (NWO) business, I felt very awkward.  I remember many times writing and asking myself  “Will I get arrested for this?”

My own fear turned out to be a great blessing, because I realized that if I was fearful of arrest based on what I was writing, then America was a dangerous, corrupt place indeed.

So I pushed on and forced myself to write, sometimes with trembling hands on the keyboard.

Now I harbor no such trepidations.  I call them as I see them, and I love to ask the questions with the disturbing answers.

Punching through that fog of fear was one of the best things I have ever done for myself.  It taught me to stand up and stick my neck out.  It forced me to evaluate what I believe in and to ask myeslf the questions with the “disturbing answers”.

I learned that there are millions of people like you and me in America.  Millions of people every day Google up information on everything we have here, and people are afraid.

They don’t say much because, just like I used to be, people are fearful of sticking their neck out.  People don’t want to be considered odd by their friends, and people fear the government.

It is precisely that fear of the government that fuels Freedom-Won.net.  When we fear our own government, we have the wrong people running the country.  That must change, and it will change.

But there will be a fight.  The government has grown past the point of critical mass.  It has crossed over the event horizon and has become a black hole, a monstrous, dark and all-encompassing beast that attempts to pull everything into it.  Everything includes your liberty, your freedom, your hopes, your rights as a living human being, and your future.

I personally believe that the government is prepared to enact martial law and clamp down as firmly as possible on us free men and women.  I believe that it will arrest thousands of people, like myself, as potential adversaries in its lust for dominion.  I also know for certain that no matter how well it plans and executes its plan, something big always goes wrong.  I also know for certain that the American people, while silent and generally meek, are an irrestible force that the government cannot control.

Firearms are the hottest selling gift item this December, 2011.  Gun ownbership is at an all-time high and growing, and public acceptance of pistol and semi-auto rifle ownership is also at an all-time high.  People know that the government is up to no good, and are preparing to defend themselves.  Does the US government really believe that US troops will fire upon American citizens?  Certainly some will fire upon their own mothers, but those boys are American boys.  They will not be a force for dictatorship here.

So the government will probably attempt to control food availability by some catastrophic financial means or “an enemy sneak attack”, and endeavor to force some into the five regional FEMA detention centers KBR is establishing next quarter.

Those FEMA detention centers are too far for everyone to drive to, so they are likely for a select group of people.  Time will reveal who.  I do know that the Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS) just last week issued an order to ICE (Immigration) to prepare a plan for “mass migration”.  Maybe DHS has information that a major event is about to occur in Mexico which will stampede the Mexicans into America. Or maybe that’s just the cover story.

At any rate, something major is pending and you will be wise to prepare now.
